Aloo tikki recipe | easy & tasty | lunch box recipe

 Crispy aloo tikki can be ready in few minutes. This yummy food is very quick and easy and also loved by children. So anyone can use it for lunch box.    INGREDIENTS :  Boiled potatoes  1 Cup suji  1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste  Chopped onions  Chopped green chilli  Coriander leaves  Red chilli powder  Salt  Garam masala powder RECIPE:    First of all take a clean bowl and add 1 cup suji. And add a 1 cup luck warm water and make thick paste.  Now add ginger garlic paste, chopped onions,chopped green chilli and messed boiled potatoes. Now add coriander  leaves, red chilli powder, pinch of garam masala powder and add salt to test. Mix them all well.  And make a small round shape of tikki.  Now heat the pan with oil. And deep fry the tikki until its change in red colour.  Yummy aloo tikki is ready to serve.

December spacial  soup recipe. In this winter perfect use of vegetables with yummy soup.recipe of hot and sour soup. Easy & quick. Ingredients : 1 T spoon oil 1T spoon chopped garlic  1 T spoon chopped ginger  Chopped onion (1 medium size) 1 Chopped green chilli  1 cup  chopped cabbage  1 cup chopped carrot 1/2 cup chopped capsicum 1 T spoon soya sauce  2 T spoon vinegar  1T spoon chilli sauce  4 cups vegetable stock  3 T spoon corn flour  Salt  Recipe :       Heat the pan with 1 T spoon oil. Then add chopped ginger,garlic & onion.fry it for a minute. Now add chopped green  chilli, cabbage,carrot and capsicum. Cook it with high heat. Then add 4 cup of vegetables stock. Ingredients : Bread slices 1 T spoon butter  1 T spoon oil  Chopped onions  Chopped tomatoes  Tomatoe sauce  Curry leaves  Cumin seeds  Turmeric powder  Red chilli powder  Garam masala  Salt Recipe :       First of all cut the bread slices in to small pieces. Now heat a pan & add 2 tsp butter. Fry the bread pieces in butter for 2-3 minutes. Now bread pieces Transfer in bowl.  Now add 1 tsp oil in pan with medium heat. Now add cumin seeds,curry leaves,chopped onion,turmeric powder,red chilli powder and choopped tomatoes. Then add salt about the test & pinch of garam masala. now  mix it well and then add a tomatoes sauce.
