Aloo tikki recipe | easy & tasty | lunch box recipe
Crispy aloo tikki can be ready in few minutes. This yummy food is very quick and easy and also loved by children. So anyone can use it for lunch box.
INGREDIENTS:
Boiled potatoes
1 Cup suji
1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste
Chopped onions
Chopped green chilli
Coriander leaves
Red chilli powder
Salt
Garam masala powder
RECIPE:
First of all take a clean bowl and add 1 cup suji. And add a 1 cup luck warm water and make thick paste.
Now add ginger garlic paste, chopped onions,chopped green chilli and messed boiled potatoes.
Now add coriander leaves, red chilli powder, pinch of garam masala powder and add salt to test. Mix them all well.
And make a small round shape of tikki.
Now heat the pan with oil. And deep fry the tikki until its change in red colour.
Yummy aloo tikki is ready to serve.
