Masala idli Recipe | Fried idli | Lunch box Recipe
Masala idli is quick recipe for breakfast. It's easy recipe using leftover idlis. Mostly idli is loved by evey child so masala idli is the perfect lunchbox recipe.
Yummy idli fry can be ready in few minutes.
INGREDIENTS:
10/12 idli
1 cup chopped onions
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
1Tbls mustard seeds
1 Tbsp cumin seeds
Red chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Garam masala powder
1Tbls lemon juice
Salt
RECIPE:
First of all cut the idlis In small bite size. Now heat the oil and deep fry all small bites idli. And take them In a bowl.
Now heat a pan with 2Tbls oil. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.and then add curry leaves.
after a minute add chopped onions and 1Tbls red chilli powder, 1Tbls turmeric powder 1Tbls garam masala powder and pinch of salt. And 1/2 cup of water. Mix all ingredients well and cook for 5 minutes.
Now add a fried idli in pan and mix well. Then add 1 Tbsp lemon juice and coriander leaves mix them well and cook for few minutes.
Now yummy spicy breakfast ready to serve.
